About this Wireframe

Project Description: This wireframe, created with Lucidchart, was part of the redesign of the Office of the CIO site, an internal SharePoint site intended for staff to find information and resources pertinent to their daily work. I worked closely with the site owners to identify the existing issues  and determine the vision and objectives for the site, resulting in several pages being consolidated and  an improvement in navigation and searchability of the site. Along with improving site organization and navigation, I identified an opportunity to set up automatic email reminders to perform audits on various pages to maintain quality control. 

Problem Statement: Ed Tech employees struggle to find information and resources related to the organization resulting in time spent searching rather than completing tasks. The SharePoint site administrators manually updated several pages resulting in a significant amount of time being spent updating and managing the site.

User Outcomes: Site visitors are able to easily navigate to the topics and resources they need. Site admins spend less time manually updating content.
