About this Training Module
Project Description: This training is part of a larger training unit on Interviewing Practices and predominantly focuses on how to prepare for a behavioral interview.
Problem Statement: The requesting department lacked sufficient training and standardization of practices for leaders on how to interview resulting in high employee turn over and individuals being hired who lacked the desired skill set. This foundational information covered in this lesson is based on the Korn Ferry Interview Guide.
