About this Video

Project Description: This video, made in Vyond and Adobe Premier Pro, provides viewers with the top five tips for efficient use of ServiceNow. The idea for this video came about when the organization was notified by ServiceNow of a UI refresh. Around the same time, new users were being added to the ServiceNow platform with little technical experience. This video helped to ensure a smoother transition so they could spend less time learning the platform and more time completing necessary tasks.

Problem Statement: Employees new two ServiceNow spend a lot of time learning how to navigate the tool resulting in more time becoming familiar with the product rather than completing tasks inside of the product. 

Learning Objectives: By the end of this video, learners will be able to

• Add and modify items in their Favorites tab

• Use the History tab to navigate to previously visited items

• Apply tags and templates to a record

• Update settings and filters on tables

Learner Outcomes: ServiceNow users are able to use various tools and features to enhance their experience and spend more time completing tasks within the system.
